The MUSMET project is delighted to support the 3rd edition of the IEEE International Workshop on Networked Immersive Audio (IEEE IWNIA 2025).

The aim of IEEE IWNIA 2025 is to bring together academics and industry to investigate and advance the development of systems at the confluence of spatial audio and networking, as well as the understanding of human perception in immersive, networked contexts.

In alignment with MUSMET’s vision of advancing next-generation distributed XR experiences for musicians and audiences, IEEE IWNIA fosters collaboration across academia, industry, and end-users, facilitating discussions on challenges, opportunities, and added value for both consumers and industry players. By supporting this cross-fertilization initiative, MUSMET underscores its commitment to driving innovation in the immersive media for the musical domain and enhancing its societal impact.

The IEEE IWNIA 2025 Chairs part of the MUSMET consortium:

  • Luca Turchet, Coordinator and Project Manager at MUSMET
  • Cristina Rottondi, WP leader at MUSMET
