The MUSMET project is delighted to support the 2nd edition of the IEEE International Workshop on the Musical Metaverse (IEEE IWMM 2025).
The aim of IEEE IWMM 2025 is to bring together academics and industry to investigate and advance the development of systems at the confluence of Musical XR and networking, as well as the understanding of human perception in immersive, networked contexts.
In alignment with MUSMET’s vision of advancing next-generation distributed XR experiences for musicians and audiences, IEEE IWMM fosters collaboration across academia, industry, and end-users, facilitating discussions on challenges, opportunities, and added value for both consumers and industry players. By supporting this cross-fertilization initiative, MUSMET underscores its commitment to driving innovation in the immersive media for the musical domain and enhancing its societal impact.
